- 가구는 책상 & full size 침대가있고, 주방에도 그릇과, 조리도구 편히쓰시면됩니다

- walk in closet이 있어서 수납 공간도 넓습니다

Hi,

I am subletting my spacious and sunny single room in a North Berkeley 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment (looking for a female).

- Dates: 03.23 - 07.31 (flexible and adjustable - short term and long term are all welcome!)

- Rent: $1100 (including all utilities and high speed fiber internet)

- Location of the apartment is 10 minutes from North Gate

- You would be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with another female law school student. (Feel free to cook and use our equipped kitchen!)

- Room is furnished with a desk and full size bed. There is also a walk-in closet that allows for plenty of closet space.
