Founded in Seoul and now expanding to the U.S., we are a Series A company ($12M raised, ~40 people) backed by top-tier investors in Korea. We serve AI-native startups, research labs, and enterprises.
VESSL AI is the GPU orchestrator for experimenting, building, and scaling AI models across multi-cloud and on-premises environments, the vessel for both experimentation and scalable AI.
Role Expectation
You will be working side-by-side with our Founding GTM team to launch and scale our U.S. business. This is not a defined playbook role, this is for someone who wants to help write the playbook.
You’ll operate across sales, customer success, partnerships, marketing, and operations; whatever moves the needle. You’ll wear multiple hats, dive deep into ambiguous problems, and directly shape our go-to-market engine in a high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Execution – Run lead generation experiments, manage the sales stack, support early deals, and continuously refine messaging and pitch.
- Customer & Market Insights – Onboard users, gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and identify GTM opportunities through customer research and data.
- Content & Community – Create sales collateral, support events and demos, and help grow VESSL’s presence in the U.S. AI ecosystem.
- Strategic & Operational Support – Contribute to fundraising, partnerships, compliance, and internal ops to keep the U.S. team running smoothly.
Note: The scope and responsibilities of this role will evolve based on the company’s growth stage and emerging priorities. Flexibility and adaptability are key.
Who We Expect
- You have 0-2 years of experience in early-stage startups, consulting, or investment banking and you’re hungry for a more hands-on, creative role.
- You’re an exceptional communicator who is concise, persuasive, and quick on your feet.
- You take ownership and thrive in chaos. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do unglamorous work to make things move.
- You think in systems and are obsessed with making things scalable, repeatable, and documented.
- You’re analytical and structured, constantly balancing qualitative insights with quantitative rigor.
- Bonus: Understanding of AI/ML market dynamics and B2B software sales cycles.
- Fluent in both Korean & English.
