학교에서 10분 거리 Oakland Temescal 지역의 5Bd/2Ba(윗층 방 세 개 욕실 하나, 아랫층 방 두 개 욕실 하나) 4인 셰어하우스입니다. 30대 초중반 이공계 박사생 부부와 순한 고양이 두 마리가 올해 9월 말경까지 윗층을 사용하며, 한인 석사생 남학생 분께서 올해 12월 말까지 아랫층 방 하나를 쓰십니다. 정확한 이사 날짜는 네고 가능하지만, 내년 초 집 매매 예정인 관계로 대략 12월 31일 무렵까지 계실 분 모십니다. 방 하나 당 입주자 한 분씩 모십니다. 언제든 입주 가능하시며, 필요시 침대, 책상 등의 가구를 빌려드릴 수 있습니다. 입주자 분들께는 버클리생활 10년 가까이 돼가는 주인장의 맛집 및 명소 리스트 제공과 필요시 아웃도어 및 스포츠 장비 무상 대여, 초가을 무렵 정원 사과나무에서 딴 사과로 구운 집주인 특선 사과파이 제공 등의 소소한 편의를 제공해 드립니다.

Every house maintenance personnel/outside contractors we hire comply with CDC guidelines on COVID-19 safety practices.

Our housemates use facial masks when they go outside and they have not invited friends/visitors from outside since the quarantine started.
