I am a Korean American looking to have a Korean housemate in my home in Oakland.

I went to UC Berkeley Law School twenty years ago but I’m not currently affiliated with the UCB.

Lovely room in new home in Montclair (Oakland Hills) available now. 15-20 minutes from UC Berkeley. We are three Korean American women (mom, aunt, teenage daughter) looking for another housemate in our spacious 4 bd/4 ba home. $1200/mo for private room and almost private bath (it’s an upstairs bedroom with the bathroom next to it, the washer & dryer are in there, which is why I say “almost” private). Trade for driving daughter to Berkeley possible to reduce rent significantly. No pets. Car needed. $3000 to move-in (first and last and $600 deposit).
